&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Going to advise the same as I did in the other thread:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A new firmware will be released this week.&amp;nbsp; I can only advise you to wait until its released then update your TV and a factory reset after that.&amp;nbsp; If it still occurs after the update, you might want to consider having your TV repaired.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>65X850C - Advice on possible issues?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping to find out what my options are now that the TV is showing some issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been experiencing the following and wondering if anyone else had any fixes to suggest?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Apps constantly crashing and error reporting pop-up appears. Various apps, some even background ones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Coloured lines appearing sporadically across screen. Various HDMI sources etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Sometimes when watching Netflix or video within app, the top left quarter of the screen appears a different shade of colour compared to rest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried a system restore - but issues still occur randomly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really appreciate any insight!
