Cant play Viaplay UHD on 49XE9005

Anyone else have these issues.

If i try to see football mathc that is UHD ill only hear sound but there is no picture. I have 100MB connection so cant be that.

Also another issue, while ill see those matches as normal (HD) quality. Ball flickers while groud is background, when grass is backgroun there is no such issue. This flickkering ball efect exists also while playing 4K from youtube, then when ball is moving fast it flickers.

Kind of annoying issues, any ideas?
