Hi my tv is only 16 months old and 1/3 of the bottom of tv pic horizontal lines have appeared which flash on and off, it shows up on all sources,I wud say the lines are grey in colour has any one else had this problem and know how to fix this, please check the YouTube link thank you https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iUls-t04Jjc

I would suggest performing a reset of your TV which should fix the problem. You can find out how to do this here.

Hi this had not fixed the problem I have also swapped t con board and still have same problem
