Maybe try clearing the cached data (Settings - Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and hold the power button for a restart before a factory reset, that's usually enough and doesn't affect your settings, apps, etc.

Hello together,

so I’m using my xh 900 tv for almost two month now and so far everything worked fine. I’m using the hdmi 3 for my ps 5 bc of the 120hz and that’s mainly all I’m using it for. I also use a Sony sound bar (xh8500) over the optical in. Yesterday all out of a sudden I get no sound at all anymore. Even if unplugg my sound bar and try to use the tv speakers there’s not a single sound coming out of the tv anymore. I tried different settings and unplugged everything at least twice... the tv won’t make a sound anymore. Any help would be really appreciated. Happy holidays

Hi - first of all check if you need to update the software.

Then I'd be using HDMI 4 for the PS5, as HDMI 3 is reserved for eARC also. So if you can use your soundbar over HDMI in HDMI 3 that would be the ideal set up.

Unfortunately then if playing about with menu settings doesn't change anything, try a full reset of the TV.
