    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers for that.&amp;nbsp; I need to know if my machine can accept the update.&amp;nbsp; When I tried and update from the TV itself it says it's upto date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Disney Plus app does not load when selected.&amp;nbsp; It keeps going back to the Home screen.&amp;nbsp; I have checked and the TV is upto date SV: PKG5.433.0183EUB and all the other apps work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also did a hard shutdown and reload twice and no joy?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe try clearing the cached data (under Storage &amp;amp; Reset - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using a different network (i.e. hotspot) in case the app was being blocked by a firewall for example?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lost, now found.&amp;nbsp; Decided to uninstall.&amp;nbsp; Reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; Now works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had noticed on another TV firestick that the app required an update to a new version, perhaps this was why it failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all you help, most appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
