I have the KD-49XH9505 model and when TV is on standby from time to time I can hear TV sound for a split of the second. Few members in my family confirmed that spooky effect

Does anyone else have that experience?

Hi,

Does the sound come from the TV or from a connected soundbar/AV receiver?

If it comes from the TV I would recommend to get in touch with an authorized service centre.

TV is not connected to any soundbar/AV receiver.

It just comes every few hours just for the less the second but enough to makes you ask your self are you hearing ghosts

We all got used to it by now, no other issues with the TV.

@grgart Maybe try and unplug the TV for a few minutes or update it to the latest software version.
