55XH8096 Left TV Speaker is not working

Hi all,

I've got a problem with Sony 55XH8096 TV left speaker. Whenever you push the speaker plastic (from outside), it starts working and giving sound but if you take hand out, speaker stops working. Seems like there is a loose connection internally. Because I checked all other things ( factory reset, left and right sounds balanced/ centered) Therefore I would like to open the back panel of TV and see if any loose connection on pin connector.

Back panel doesn't have any screw on sides only 4 screws for wall mount and 1 screw on the left, near power cable.

Can anybody help me regarding how to open back panel of 55XH8096 Sony android TV.

Why on earth you want to open a 2020 tv and void the warranty? call the support to have it fixed

I agree with rooobb, you should reach out to Sony support reps and have them book an engineer visit instead.

Thank you for quick replies guys.

I have actually brought my TV to Sony support service center and they 'fixed' a problem in front of me.

Wires that coming to left speaker were almost out of the channel inside pin. So, basically it was just 5 min job to fix the problem.
