Hi I’m looking for some help so please share if you can advise me on what to do. I’m trying to screen mirror my iPad 5th gen to my Sony tv. I have connected the devices and it says on the tv device is connected but not supported. Also when I press the screen mirror on my iPad it can’t find my tv? please help because technology is not my thing. many thanks

Are you sure that your TV (2019 model) has AirPlay 2 which is required for iPad screen mirroring. It was only added to new Sony TVs recently. Older models were Audio only, try casting some music.

Looking at your TV Specifications it doesn't include the Apple Homekit so I suspect it doesn't.
