Wedding Season on Disney+ has no sound on my Sony KE-55A8

When trying to watch Wedding Season on Disney+ I find that I get no sound out of my Sony Bravia. Whether using the internal speakers or external audio it is the same, no sound output at all. The picture and captions work fine.

If I use the Disney+ app on other devices then I get audio on those devices. And when I use the Disney+ app on my Sky Q box that is connected to my Sony Bravia then that also gives me sound.

So, it is just the Disney+ app running on the Bravia that doesn't produce any audio (and I've tried the first 2 episodes and they are both silent). Also, any other Disney+ show on the Bravia works fine. It is just Wedding Season, which I notice is Ultra4K and Dolby Atmos audio.

I unplugged the Bravia for 30 seconds. Then plugged it in again and turned it on. Now the sound is working for Wedding Season.
