Phone gets hot

my sony xperia L's battery is draining out too fast and the phones is getting heated up too fast, its impossible to talk on the phone! PLEASE SOMEONE SAVE ME!!!..THE PHONE IS GETTING HEATED UP EXCESSIVELY! I AM VERY TENSED RIGHT NOW AND PSYCHED OUT!!!

the more you use the phone the hotter it will get, it wont overheat as it will shut down when it gets too hot, also if you have wifi on or play games etc the phone will get hot faster.

repair it with SUS or PCC and again CALM DOWN
