Dear

Sir/Madam

I purchased a Sony Xperia L1 nearly 6 months ago from Jarir Bookstore in Saudi Arabia Riyadh city..

So the problem in the device is sound is automatically turning off even the volume is full i can't hear anything then i need to restart the device the it will be ok but after 2 to 3 hours the same problem will come please tell me the permanent solution of it..

This might be one of your 3rd party apps causing this error. I remember some users discovered that some "Prayer Time" apps will cause this problem. Try removing any of these apps if you have one.

Dear sir

Trust me i have not downloaded any of thiz kind of aap called prayers time or others aap even I don't download more apps i just play 2 games & socila media thats it & on my device the apps which i used is 8ball pool, hay day & all social media aaps related..

Please suggest me the permanent solution as i am using 2 devices because some time it not ringing because of the problem

Sony is getting worst day by day

In future i will never buy a Sony it's just a waste of money
