      <description>&lt;P&gt;New L4. DTMF tones not responding. I hear the tones but during automated in-call menus, the tones have no effect. Vodafone say to return the phone for servicing but the problem existed when the phone was new - how is servicing gonna help. Any solutions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
