    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this phone for 7-8 months,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from the second day is cause me problems..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;frirst the poweroff&amp;nbsp;issue and you must plug it in power to restart the phone..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the service they said it was all fine, but not really.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after hours of digging info in the internet found that the problem was the 2d generation battery and i ordered myself a new one from ebay 3rd generation battery replaced it by MY SELF and it literry fixed the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after 8 month of use i can say the phone is buggy, slow, camera is not impresive at all, sound not impresive, it is NOT water proof.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and hey like from last week my camera doesnt&amp;nbsp;work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;overall expirience - SONY smartphones? never again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @haikim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try clearing the camera app data. From your Home screen:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Tap the Application screen icon.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Find and tap Settings -&amp;gt; Apps.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Swipe to the All tab.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Find and tap on the camera app.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Tap Force stop -&amp;gt; Clear data.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, what did you do exactly? Clear cache? or Boot into safe mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boot into safe mode is only for diagnosis right? If you uninstalled some apps to make the camera faster, please share!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Already send my phone to Service Centre for warranty claim on 26/1/16 and call them today for a quick update on phone status.&lt;BR /&gt;From their feedback its seem my phone having some hardware related issue. Really shocking and upset because i just bought this phone,&amp;nbsp;paid some hefty sum of money then&amp;nbsp;just in 2 day of usage the camera start showing ERROR...&lt;BR /&gt;very frustrated with SONY!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;Service centre told me that it would take about 2 week to repair my phone and it could take longer if there were no sparepart and they need to order it.&lt;BR /&gt;when i am buying this phone, I was considering sony as a brand of quality, but its seem i was wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My M5 has Camera Problem too, Two days ago i just tried to take a pictore trought window and images were blurred, I tried several ways to solve proble, Reset to factory data, relaunch new software throught PC comapanion, but pictures are still poor, Secondary camera is pretty cool, but what is going on with primary camera i havn't any diea or solutions, When i try to take a picture of points 20-30 cm away from camera it's still cool, but things awayfrom camera more than 30 cm seems blurred and even zoom can't focus normally, &amp;nbsp;may you have had this problem in your experience and you solved it,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
