handset switched off itself suddenly

Hello I am Sony Xperia M Dual sim user
from past 2 days I am Facing a problem of

SUDDEN SWITCHOFF/ SUDDEN DEATH (AS if yopu try to restart the phone the phone dosent starts up)

the phone is charged till 90% then also it becomes dead or while charging the same.
My phone is UPDATED
I tried Factory RESET but it was of no use

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let your phone charging for 2 to 3 hours
