Mic not working when on speakers or skype

When i change to speaker mode during acall, my microphone is not working anymore.

Same when i use an app like skype, where the phone obviously also goes to speaker mode.

Any ideas whats going wrong?

I can record videos with sound.

Normal call everything is fine.

Hi.

I have the same problem.

The microphone doesn't work when the speaker mode is on. That affects when I make videophonecalls or when I try to run the multimedia test for instance.

I could seem that has something to do with the noise suppression system, but it doesn't work either this is activated or not.

I you may have some solution, I will be thankful.

Do you experience this issue only with Skype or other apps?
