hi, i've got a problem with my phone's microphone. it doesn't work with any programmes (snapchat, instagram) and even doesn't work while i'm calling someone, but somehow works when i open camera and try to film a video i can't find a solution, please help me

I have the same problem. I have reset the phone (Xperia M5) twice and it has not repaired the issue. My mic works fine in safe mode but does not work in calls unless I put it on loudspeaker. Also cannot send Whatsapp Voice Notes as they come through silent. I have disabled OK google and also google using my mic completely and still it does not work. Very frustrating.
