Hi @BRIANMP, let me see if I can help out here

In order to uninstall apps from the Application screen, follow the steps below.

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Tap and hold an app icon until the device vibrates and delete icons (a red square with a white cross) appear next to all apps that you can uninstall.
Tap the delete icon to uninstall any unwanted apps.
Confirm that you want to uninstall the app.

Do note that you can't uninstall the majority of pre-installed apps in your device. While you can't uninstall these apps, you can, however, disable them in certain cases, disabled apps become inactive and are removed from the Application screen. In order to disable a pre-installed app, follow the steps below.

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Settings > Apps.
Find and tap the the app that you want to disable.
Tap DISABLE.
Tap OK.
