Message icon when there is no message!

i have a w995 and there's been the little unopened envelope icon at the top of my phone telling me there is an unopened message. But there isnt one!

I have tried deleting all my messages and reseting my phone but had no success.

It's really annoying to check your phone saying there's a message when there isnt one!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

Try updating or re-installing the phone's software with SEUS and see if that gets rid of the message icon.

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/w995?cc=gb&lc=en Download the update service from this link and follow the instructions that appear when you install it on your PC.At the bottom right of the update page there is an "install" option which means to re-install the software.Select this and follow the on-screen instructions.Hope this helps.
