new official firmware for 2.1

Did se release new fix or firmware version for current os? I saw some website showing minor firmware update for x8. I still love se current os.the ui is nice,and i dont mind staying with current os(2.1). as long as its officially from se. Thanks in advance

To check for any update, just connect phone to PC Companion via USB. You should be prompted if there is.

My advice for you is to update phone through PC Companion or SE Update Service ONLY.

Oh yes, I have just checked on my phone and there is no update available for me at the moment. To ensure you have the latest software Download either Sony Ericsson Update Service and or Sony Ericsson PC Companion which will make sure you are up to date.
