some few days back i created a thread writing about call log bugs.but now as of today i cant even call any one

everytime i kall its taking some 30 secs and showing that phone is not responding heres the screenshot.the delay had been increased oh sony wtf have u done ua enggineers scks developer am realy fed up ..its been month u have released jb almost everyone are complaning but wer r u sleeping y dont u fix the problems its not getting over i tried 3 times sus update n 2 times factory reset still the same problems ..

how to get over it please help asap

Its maybe because you have very low signal as indicated on your screenshot! check for your network mode and select gsm and see if you have good signal strength

no mate its not da prob of signal i even try it wen der's full signal strength but am facing the same issues...hey sony' support people wer r u guys wad sud i do?? was it the mistake that i bought sony again if its the condition i swear i wont b using sony any more...its mah 5 th sony handset in 5 year but from next yea i wont b...solve dis issue

have you disable any app?

do you have any of this apps?

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

battery app

booster apps?

open the phonebook > menu > filter > what do you have selected?

also try this

settings > all > apps > phone app > clear everything, clearing the call logs could help too

i dont have any such apps neither of da above,,,,n yeah i even tried the same clearing call logs even settings apps n then clearing phone cache n defaults every possible ways i tried no solutions not even me max of xperia p users having the prob dont know wers sony' devlper sleeping n going to address the issues

that's quite odd, does this happen as soon as you repair your phone or after a while? it might be another app acting up

as sun as i reapair its working fine but that time still thers prb of scrolling in call log its nt smooth as it was or even in contacts its working fine but wid call log thers probs..n i guess its not mah fone alone having the issues many other are complainig the same issues but still no reply from support people i dont know wad they r doing out there...wake up saerch the forum u mit get ua answer how many r having the issues n u dont know how iritating it is wen u kal or receive its getting on to my nerves i feel like throwing this cell sony u ***ked my fone

i have viber,skype,whats app,facebook,opera mini,opera mini,no else app other than app already that comes wid fone.....i have uninstalled many app but its of no use ..cant even receive a call some times

finally i found out how to come out thrugh da bugs of phonebook app created by sony :smileysilly:..

download the app https://www.box.com/s/kn0fla4tixrwhtsoe7zf from the link n rty it out now thers no more delay some what still exist 2 secs like that but its negligible compared to earlier so to everyone out there having the problem of calls u can tell them to try the same even add the same app in stamina mode as exception

Dude it's happening for me too.....

Few days ago my phone felt laggy and responded very slowly, so I repaired using Sony update Service... After doing that I'm experiencing this problem....

Sometimes call gets connected but you don't see 'end call' button....

sometimes it says ' phone activity has stopped working'...

I've also noticed another problem...

If your phone is put in STAMINA MODE and if you forget your unlock pattern and hit unlock pattern... Keyboard doesn't pop up to enter email details...

hey mate try ubove app the link which i have given it solved the problem of laggy dial pad its nice no delay some 1 sec is there but its android n i thnk u sud too give it a try..:)
