can't access my pictures

After updating my phone, i can't look at my pictures. They are all still there l, i just can't see them. What can i do??

I suggest that you try to clear data for album and media storage. Go to settings > apps> all > album/ media storage > clear data. Restart the phone and wait for the phone to index all the media files again.

This not a definitive solution :smileysad:, because after a while the problem reappears. Any final solution found?
