Hello,

I have fully charge my phone but its work only 5 hours.
Screen takes 30 to 50 percent battery.

It is fine if the screen has 30-50% from the battery.Do you have any task killers or battery savers?Can you post a picture of the battery graph and draining apps?

No I am not using any type of app belongs to battery saver..
Can you please tell me how to upload screen shot.

From the graph I can tell you that you are never charging it to 100%.Why are those fluctuations there?

Ya you arr right.. But its takes 4 to 5 hours to fully charge and after that its drain in next 5 hours... I do not have that much time to charge my phone twice a day

What output does the adapter have?You might want to try another charger,with a larger output.

You got nothing to do,it is a small voltage,that is why it takes so much.You could try other charger,but it is recommended to stick with sony default charger.

Even my Xperia P adapter has a 1500 ma output.Your SP has a 2370 mah battery,so I would suggest somewhere around 1,5 A output.

Most of my Xperia Sp battery is drained by "ANDROID SYSTEM"(35-50%).
And moreover "ANDROID OS" takes upto 3-4% battery.
In most of the phones there is no battery drain by "ANDROID SYSTEM" so why in SP? And the battery used by "ANDROID OS" is 3-4% only.

Guys, there is a process Media running everytime you restart your phone. It keeps working all of the time, depending on the quantity of your files. Kill that process because it already has knowledge of all of your files, and its working for nothing. I have read on other forums that is a 4.3 bug, not Sony's fault. I'm not a tech dude so take this with a pinch of salt. But it helped me.

Poor battery life, pus continuous unresponsive apps!

Hi there,

I recently changed my phone to the SP less than six months ago and i have had nothing but problems with this phone. Battery life i awful, i am losing on average 10-15% battery iife per hr, and this is without using it. Wi-fi, blue tooth, background apps are all switched off, yet day by day the battery life is getting worse. I can no lonnger leave the house without making sure i bring the charger with me. On average i am getting less than 7 hrs a day of usage from the phone without having to charge it up. Its not as if i am using it for email or phone calls as i have a work phone for these.

Secondly when i do open apps, such as messages etc, i am continually getting a message saying "app is not responsive, do you wish to wait, close or report". AAAgain this is happening every single day, i have tried uninstalling apps such as facebook etc but problem persists. Thenn the phone will just sometimes decide to switch itself off and i have to wait 20 mins to tru and get the phone back working.

Tis is my very first sony phone andd it will def be my last, i am just so fed up with the problems i am experiencing with this make. Any help would be brilliant, before i resort to using two cans and a piece of string attached to them as an upgrade to my current phone.
