xperia sp problem after updating to 4.3

After turning it off, when u turn it back on the phone turns into and maintenance screen for a long time then finally starts. Is this a problem with the phone.

It looks like that with a triangle surrounding it and has a bar under it.

P.S it also take a long time to restart after the screen. i been waiting and the loading screen is still continuing.

Probably it was just repairing/preparing some apps.

as i know its system repair screen..it may took up tp 24 hours to complete
