hello my xperia v has new problem.its on and full signal but someones calls me its of or ı cant call. it is making sometimes that help plssssssss

ı didınt but changed sim before and when restart then work normal

Sorry to hear you're having issues with calls.

If you have the 4G version of Xperia V, also make sure that your SIM-card and subscription supports 4G. If not you need to select WCDMA/GSM under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode to avoid this issue.

Try using the phone on GSM only for a while and see if you still have this issue.

it keep on ,look like normal but cant call maybe ı should change sim better 128 kb

Yes, i would recommend that you try another SIM in that case. If the problem should remain with another SIM i recommend that you contact a service location or your local support team for assistance.

I suspect this is a common and known problem even if no one would admit it. I have had the most unlikely experience of having my second xperia v with the same issue. The first one I finally complained after several attempts from a support that could not fix this. I got a new xperia v and have now decided to complain this one too.

We have tried reinstalling six times (service), changing sim card, changing battery, not installing backups (request from service every time) and even changing the phone. The problem prevails.

There is no fix to this problem other than change the phone, I guess.

And by the way, wko decided a forum for mobile phones only allows copy and paste with ctrl+c and ctrl+v?
