The cable to connect usb pendrive with phone by micro usb is available in stores.......I would able to connect it my sony xperia sp c5302.....?

Yes, Xperia SP supports USB OTG with the cable Sony EC310.

Usb keyboard, Pendrive, mouse, even your digital camera can be connected to your phone via otg. I checked these all

USB OTG is great on Xperia SP . i use it usually . work great
