W595 not loading or starting

My wifes Flower-W595 does not load on a charger, only if it is plugged into a PC. Thats something i can live with but recently it just turned off and is not starting at all. I tried almost everything to make it start again but nothing works.

What can i do?

I'm sorry to hear that.

Try using another wall socket charger and cable and check if you're able to re-charge your phone.

Thanks for the fast response!

Tried several now, but still the main Problem is not solved. Even on the PC the Phone is now not charging and not even recognized.

I'm sorry to hear that. In that case its probably the phone or the battery.

I suggest that you contact your local support team to check if you can test using another battery or have this examined and fixed at a repair center.

I found the solution for this.

It was a problem with the SIM-Card. I took it out, replaced it with another and started the phone. It worked. I cleaned the old SIM-Card very carefully and put it back into the phone after cleaning the phone inside too. Phone works now, but still not with the wall socket charger, but as i mentioned before thats okay for us.
