xperia t2 ultra update to kitkat

Hi sony ,

when I tried to update xperia t2 ultra dual to kitkat , the message displayed " unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped ". When tried to repair , connection can't be established to pc (win7).

What if you try with SUS instead of PCC

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)
