Problem in sync my conatcts with google after 205 update

after update i reset my phone but now i cann't sync it with google to fetch my contacts all other sync (mail, calender , ...) go well but i get eror message with contacts.

I tried to make the sync with google by computer but i faced the same problem.

HELP ME PLEASE TO GET MY CONTACTS BACK

In which program on the PC do you have your contacts?

You can log into your Gmail account on www.gmail.com and go to contacts and see if you see any of your contacts on your Gmail account.

Thank you for your replay. I have the same problem even when i syncronize my contacts with google from mobile

Have you tried to sync with both Wi-Fi and mobile network connection? Try to remove your Google account by press the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select to remove account. Restart your device and try to add your account again and see if the sync succeeds.

I deleted google account and added it again but the problem still there; then i reset my phone with Sony Update Service but always the same issue

i've had the same problem after .205 update.

don't know if could help but this is what i've done to fix.

1 - remove my google account from the phone.

2 - shut down the phone.

3 - in a pc, i've checked my contacts page in my google's account, all was ok

4 - log out from google's account in pc

5 - turn on the phone and re-add my google accont.

6 - again, i've had the question mark on contacts sync

7 - i've forced sync about 10 times and then the contact synced successfully (i was under wi-fi)

for what i've understand it takes some time to sync contact.

another thing, check in the phone that automatic sync is on

PS : have you checked in filter option?

after i've synced my contacts successfully i forgot to set proper filter on my address book

after thet it was all ok

have you tried in safe mode?

could be a 3rd party application?

at least you could export your contacts to vcard format on your google account and import in the phone

That work for me i exported my contacts as vcard and imported them to mobile. Thank you
