Hi,

Do you get this error message when you open your browser (chrome) or do you get it in another app/menu?

actually when i use the wi-fi , this message pop-up and again and agian .

i think this error for app Like : Viber or Line or ...

OK. Well perhaps you could try to clear data for Viber and Line and see if that could help. Go to settings > apps > Viber/Line > clear data. You could also try to uninstall the apps and download them once again.
