Can't update my xperia t

Hello,

my problem is that i can't update my phone with the software from sony. First all things run normally, but after my phone were shutdown by the software i couldn't follow the discription. The discription says that i must plug in the charger and press the voloum button downwards and then the description says it must run.

Here is my problem: Nothing happends. I have tried often but nothing happends. I also tried to make a hardreset but nothing happends. The update is the following: 9.2.A.0.295

I think from your post that you are misunderstanding the guide

When promted with your phone switched off and your USB cable connected to your Pc hold volume down then connect the other end of your USB cable to your phone

So your operating system is fine which leaves either a driver issue ie:not installed or an Anti virus stopping you from updating

Dont update your software from SONY. I did update my phone and i had to chance my external battery afterwards.
after updating the software my phone started to be worse and worse to the point where it wouldnt switch on or charge
