My phone volume level not increasing upto the limit in the headphones

while on speakerphone, I can increase or decrease the volume of music, videos, games and other media upto the final mark or to level zero; but while using headphones for music, I cannot increase the volume after a certain mark and it's like 70% of the max volume.
I can't figure out what exactly happened. I tried everything in the settings section of the sound. Here's a screenshot of the situttion. the voulme cannot go up beyond this point. Please Help me out.

You were probably warned about headphone level audio being to high as required under EU law and as such you more than likely accepted the warning which as per your instructions won't go above a certain level

I'm not sure exactly - You could try Settings then Apps then swipe to All then locate and open Sound enhancements then taping on Clear cache and Clear data then test but other than that your best best is to wait as someone will know how and reply to you
