Check the 3.5mm input for any dirt and try to clean it.

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect and sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Well the speaker is working now. Sometimes it works.. After few days it not working again.

Hi..My speaker is not working again... I can't hear any sound when I play music .. Watch movie .. But I still can hear my friend's voice when he call me.

Have you tried the repair with PC companion?

If that does not help,you need to stop by a sony service.

Well I tried software repair with PC companion. It doesn't work.And I tried to force stop the Smart connect and Sound enhancement. It works . Thanks for the help

You may need to perform a software repair using PC companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

If the above does not help, you should stop by a sony service.

I tried Software repair before .. Not working. Well I force stop the sound enhancement and smart connect.. Restart phone. The speaker working again. Why is happening huh
