App turns off

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Xperia Acro S, when I open an app in few seconds the app shouts down without any warning.

I mention that type of app is not acount. And the main screen reset, I mean the icons of the app disappear and appears again. And one more thing, when I'm trying to exit from an app it goes to the next backround app, and that process goes on until there are no more app in background(recent app).

Please help me with advice or solution.

Hi,

It sounds like the memory is low in your phone. I suggest that you check if you have low memory and perhaps you can clear cache/data for applications via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Menu button > Sort by size, clear data/cache for apps that take a lot of memory.

Note that, if you clear data for an application it will reset to factory. If you have games or similar that takes a lot of space, the data will reset and you need to start over.

Thank you for your reply. I was thinking about to clear applications cache, and I did so. After that the phone work properly.
