hi, i'm azie. .

my phone screen suddenly blackout. and led light is green. . i tried to press the volume down and power . . but its nothing happen. . someone, help me please. .

It's volume up plus power untill you feel 3 vibrations or remove the back cover and near the bottom is a hole saying OFF which if you press will force a restart/switch off however if that fails then you could try a system repair but it sounds like a hardware failure leaving 2 options which is to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
