XPERIA T - Emergency calls only or No Service on lock screen

after the last update (9.2.A.1.205) my xperia t says Emergency calls only or No Service on the lock screen but I can make phonecalls, send sms and use internet connection. I noticed that if I change input language the carrier name is visible on the lock screen, but this is a temporary solution because if I loose the signal or I restart the phone it says again No service.

I tried another SIM card but the same problem... Any solution? Thanks.

I've seen this before, even if your MICRO SIM card is working and perhaps the other SIM cards are working, get a brand new MICRO SIM card and check again

You can also repair the phone with PCC (re-install the latest update)

I will try this too @uliwooly... even if I don't understant why the other Micro SIM (brand new) didn't solved the problem
