Backup wit PCC goes very slow

Hi,

I'm trying to back up some things (contacts and calls, sms, settings, whatsapp and some line chats) with PC Companion copy and restore but it goes very slow, why? Another option? Any help?

I want to do it because battery drops very fast and last weeks hasnt't work very well.

Hi,

I had the surprise that the OS was directly the last one.

I lost sms, notes, calls, WhatsApp conversations, some Line conversations I had also saved (both folders disapear from my device). Both ticks were marked. What a shame! ><

Going to settings, isn't automatic? Line keeping chats and WhatsApp Databases folder

Yes, but if you store the backup on the internal storage they will be deleted once you repair your phone with PCC

I have no idea, I went to Settings -> privacy -> Backup my data and Automatic restore

Maybe I have to go to a shop? Or what can I do?

Hi,

WhatsApp is the only thing I could solve (something is something), it's a big shame I lost my sms so in UK people use them a lot and I had lots!

google the other apps, there might be a way around it
