xperia j works automatically and not responding touch

i used my xperia j for 2 years but now it is not working properly. it is not responding to touch and open and closes the apps automatically. what should i do??

i repair my mobile by pcc as you said but still there is a touch problem. In starting the touch works properly but after 5mins it hangs and touch stop responding.

touch is working but too hard..And i installed only whatsapp And opera mini. the touch is very hard mostly while typing.

Boot on safe mode and use the phone for couple of hours, if it works fine then it is a third party app
