any chance to give xperia xa dualshock or xbox controller support with next update? i have otg but i cant play any game with controller without root. thanks

have you tried to check on settings>device connection>dualshock4

please be informed that only playstation ds4 are supported by the xperia devices , controllers before are not anymore supported

Yes i have look there no dualshock 4 support. Xperia x have this option but xperia xa no.

hmm, well apparently you can only connect it as Remote Play not with the controller., http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-XA-XA-Ultra/Can-t-use-DS4-controller-on-XA-Dual/td-p/1152517

try to send this as feedback to hopefully add this as a feature in the next update ---> Local support

I suggest to look in XDA forums to see if there are any workarounds that are not using root.

I might be able to help you but I haven't tested it yet,

/data/user/0/com.sonymobile.dualshockmanager

If all it is, is a Bluetooth connection management we could try .

I don't think Sony will be happy with me though
