    <description>&lt;P&gt;does this happen when you are in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yes- then the problem can be fixed by performing &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if no- then the problem is an app that you might have installed or recently update, try to review your apps. try to check when did the problem start and what apps were new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also check your do not disturbed settings and audio settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stamina mode also might limit your device performance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;there are times when I lose all sounds on my xperia xa ultra, but when I reboot my phone I'll have it again. Is it a problem with my unit or with your OS? thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my sound acts funny when in speaker phone.&amp;nbsp; it sounds glitchy and i can bearly hear the person talking the phone is on the dash of my car which isnt far away. usualy plays youtube, videos and other things fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this connected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>i'm not sure but i my speaker's glitchy as well.. when i play sounds, volume sometimes go down and then goes up.. i think there's something wrong with its system.. it feels fake though i have bought this from sony store</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Sound &amp;amp; Notification&amp;gt;Audio Setting&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then turn off the 'Dynamic normalizer'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this will help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
