LEDs blue and green, but no function

I've only had my phone for about a month and I've been taking really good care of it- there is no damage whatsoever. Yesterday I dropped it in the shower, and about 20 minutes later I noticed it had stopped working. The screen won't turn on and the notification light was flashing blue and green, but now it's just a constant blue light. The MircoSD and SIM card ports were both closed fully, however when I investigated both of the cards were damp. I bought this phone believing it was waterproof so how has this happened? Something is clearly still happening internally as the blue light is still on, I have tried the soft and hard resets with the volume key and power key, but nothing has happened. I have not attempted to charge it because if the problem is water related, I think it's a bad idea.

What can I do?

Thanks, Bee
