I have had my phone for a couple of months and have had a few problems with the Sd Card. Previously the phone has wiped all my old photos on the Sd Card. Now the Sd card is not being recognised. My phone crashed and when it turned back on it would not recognise it. I have tried taking the Sd card in and out, I have restarted the phone multiple times and have even tried to restart it in safe mode and it hasn't helped. I've put another Sd card in and it does the same thing. I can't use apps/photos/music and since the phone storage itself is so low and useless I need my Sd card.....help please!!!!

He said he already did that. Whenever I transfer stuff to my SD card the phone will no longer recognize them. Video uploads to FB appear as black. Getting frustrated.
