Help, charging problems.

Recently I noticed that my phone charges really slow. Like it takes nothing less than 4 hrs to get full. Anyway I downloaded snapchat, and a couple of games of late. What could be the cause though? Help me. Thank you!

What phone have you got ?

I will move this thread to that board once you tell me.

If the apps in your phone are using so much battery that it almost equals to the input of the charger, in that case your phone would charger really slowly.

Go to battery options in your settings and take a screenshot of the apps that consume the most battery and take a screenshot of the battery graph as well. Post it with your next reply.

Now do one thing, boot your phone in safe mode and then charge your phone to see if it charges really slowly.

If it does charge slowly, then it could be a bigger software problem ( that needs to be fixed through PC Companion) or a hardware one ( could be the charger adapter ) If you have got another charger to test with, do that as well.

So get back once you try in safe mode.

It's completely Ok, don't worry :smileysmileywink:

To take a screenshot, Press and HOLD the power button and volume down button exactly at the same time until you see a screenshot has been taken by your phone.

EDIT: oK, I see that you're facing problem posting the screenshots here.

Are you using a phone ? You could try using a PC in that case.

In rich text mode, you will have the "insert photo" and then just upload it.
