Phone restarts while using Apps

I bought my M5 not long ago, while I have yet encounter the shutdown problem, my phone has another problem of its own.

What happened is my phone often freezes then restart itself while im playing games. Sometimes it would take several trials before the phone is succesfully booted. Im not playing high-end game, I was just playing Minions Paradise-and I was just in my first few leves, which mean there isnt a lot of stuffs going in the game. I have totally no idea what causes this, and it happens so often that it annoys me.

Anyone has the same problem with their phone? Any suggestion to check what's wrong with it?

I tried remove the SIM and and run the same app, same thing happened. This time just before the restart I saw the volume being adjusted and also the sdcard was unmounted....

Do you experience the same problem with other apps? does the phone restart or just the game? if the phone restarts, does it restart on its on or do you force shut down the phone?

Yes some problems happened while i use other gaming apps. So far I have only encounter the problem with gaming apps.

The phone restarts itself, I did not force shut down it.

It will be easier to narrow this down if you experience the same with other preloaded apps, that way you could boot on >>> safe mode and test it, what if you remove the SIM card and test it again.

I tried, the phone just restarted while runnign minions paradise lol. But this time my sdcard was unmounted and the volume was adjusted automatically just before the restart.

Yes it was without the SIM card. I tried unmount the sdcard and test the apps, the problem persists. So im doing a software repair now, hopefully it helps.

So I did the software repair with the PCC, and after several restarts by the phone itself it finally booted. Login my google account, and playstore was helping me to restore the apps i installed. Until i decided to look at the list of apps it is restoring, then it freezes. I had to press the off button next to the sdcard to off the phone.

Not sure what should i do next?

That's quite odd, could you try again and if it freeze just wait few minutes, if it still stuck press and hold power & volume up for 10-15 seconds
