Hi Everyone,

I received my device back from being repaired - actually the swapped out my device so it is either new or refurbished (looks new). Unfortunately it has Android 4.4.4 on it without play services and there seems no way to do anything about it. Even when I plug my device into my Mac and try and update it via the software it says that this is the latest version.

Any suggestions? Should I take it back? Really don't want to as the service in South Africa is very slow and I will probably be without a phone for ages again.

Thanks in advance,

Graham.
