      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just bought Sony xperia xz premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;While making a&amp;nbsp;call there is no sound when phone is put on speakers. I have not installed any app yet.&lt;BR /&gt;though the speakers work for any media I play, it does not produce any sound during the call with speakers on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any solution ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved...I just used the sony companian to repair the sfoware and tried headphones. After that everything is fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Really can't say whether it was a glitch in software or any hardware problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope the solution help others...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is doing that now. The speaker won't work during calls but its working fine on youtube and other apps. I tried clearing the cache and data from the phone app but no change. Any other ideas? I didn't really understand what you did for the solution. I would also like to point out this is a new phone just out of the box. and the speakers were working in calls for a bit before it cut out. Even the software and system updates didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear....but you know what even my phone has started doing that again.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried the software companaion to repair/solve this problem...but to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At last I had to go to Sony service center and gave my phone for repair....this is definelty a maufacturing defect I guess(as the bottom speaker don't really produce any sound on "service test menu" dial *#*#7378423#*#* to check yours)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sony This is not expected from you at all...
