If it does, then run a <A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1">software repair using Xperia Companion</A>.</P><P><BR />If it does not, then a third party app that is installed on your phone will be the issue.
