sony XZ premium won't restart

So I recently buy one of Sony xz premium and i use it for a few week. now My phone won't turn on. before I can poweroff and turn on back again without charger it the same time. before i can restart the phone and it turn on back it self, i do not need to connect it to the wall charger.

now when i poweroff the sony xz premium i can't turn on back. I have to connect to the wall charger to poweron. now I can't restart it .whenever i restart it shut down completely. To turn on back i have to connect to the wall charger and press the power bottom to turn on back.

I did hard reset and with the sony app and inside the factory reset in the phone as well but still did not get back to normal..

pls help. any advice that will help me

When you connect to charger and power on device, what's the battery percentage ? it's full ?
