Help... Since today the agenda app keeps crashing.... Rebooting has no use??!

I need to get in my important agenda data... I was bussy editing a lot of agenda points......... Now i cant acces it at all.

Is there a way to get the agenda data out with pc, and also view the points? Because i really need to at least make a screenshot or write them down because i have important things i needed to do this week..... But i didnt remember everything because this agenda was doing the remembering for me...... And now it freaking crashed....... I am using xperia agenda's since like 2014 or so, never had this crazy problem

Already know about xperia companion... Already did backup.... What i need now is to check what the agenda points were/are.

oke so this is what works a little....i forgot this app is also in the play store, so i deleted the agenda app (xperia agenda in play store) and redownloaded (with the hope the data was still saved after deleting).. this resetted the visual options ( back to month display instead of day) and tnx to this i can now have at least acces to the agenda so i could make screenshots.....
BUT... when i switched it back to 'day' view.. it immediately crashed again! so i had to again delete the app an reinstall.... to have acces to the month view again and make some shots....

so anyone having this issue could at least save the agenda points.................................. in case of me your too stupid to trust on a device to remember your plans...
anyway, the app still needs fixing..
maybe it also has something to do which i am getting for a while now but didnt seem to gave problems that was the 'crashmonitor' stopped working error
