XZ Premium Alarm ringing Randomly

I have an Xperia XZ Premium, lately the alarm starts ringing when there is no alarm set, there is no option to dismiss and I have to crash the device to stop it.

I have reinstalled the latest software however the issue persists.

Any ideas or fixes please?

Hello @JayByrne,

have you installed any app before the issue first occured?

Is it really the phones alarm which goes off and not some other app which uses the same sound?

Hey, There are only the standard apps installed that have always been there for years so not sure why this issues has started,

When the alarm sound goes off no message comes up and it cannot be turned off without crashing the phone and restarting it.

I have used PC Companion to reinstall the latest software as I assumed there was just a bug but its still happening.
