my Sony XA2 wont turn on after being fully charged

my Sony XA2 isn't coming on, no display, not responding to chargers or PC's, soft restart isn't working, the phone was on 100% charge at the time its been just over 2 hours now and can't think of any reason it would do this, sometimes it does this but it comes back on after I press the power, anyone has any idea what's going on? I've had this phone for around a year and its second hand but was brand new with only a mild scuff. thank you

Yes, these steps are usually what's suggested by their Support, if that's no good, you'd need to send the device for repair, as it could be a hardware issue.
